All of a building’s consumption in one system

Metering collects readings, analytics finds waste, automation fixes schedules, and reports show the owner the result. The modules share the same data and all come with the subscription.

01 · Metering

Consumption by floor and system

Every metering point is mapped to a building, a floor and a system, so the same consumption can be broken down by floor or by engineering system.

Electricity is polled every 5 minutes and heat meters every hour. History is kept for 5 years.

  • Electricity, heat and water
  • Virtual meters: sums and differences of points
  • Communication monitoring for every device

02 · Analytics

Anomalies priced in dollars

For each day of the week Vatt builds a normal, weather-adjusted demand profile and compares actual data with it.

Each anomaly lands in a feed with a waste estimate, an owner and a status, so nothing gets lost between maintenance shifts.

03 · Automation

Schedules that are actually followed

Climate and lighting schedules are set by zone and day of the week. Vatt writes them to controllers over BACnet or Modbus and checks against the meters that equipment really switched off.

Writing is enabled per device after sign-off from the maintenance team. Every change is recorded in the audit log.

  • Public holidays from your country’s calendar
  • Evening extensions on a tenant’s request
  • Roll back to the previous schedule

04 · Reports

A monthly report for the owner

The report is assembled on the first working day of the month: consumption and cost by building, weather-adjusted comparison with last year, detected waste and the effect of measures taken.

  • Cost allocation between tenants by meter
